Refer to http://docs.aws.amazon.com/kinesis/latest/APIReference/API_ListStreams.html#API_ListStreams_RequestSyntax, Kinesis ListStreams method supports ExclusiveStartStreamName and Limit parameter. I didn't found ExclusiveStartStreamName or Limit parameter of the ListStreams method in https://github.com/AdRoll/goamz/blob/master/kinesis/kinesis.go.
