手动部署 系统Windows ser2025 Python 3.11.0 napcat最新版本 astrbot最新版本 使用阿里云百炼tts 请求和回复一切正常 但是语音发送异常 报错如下 稳定复现

AstrBot 版本、部署方式（如 Windows Docker Desktop 部署）、使用的提供商、使用的消息平台适配器

手动部署 系统Windows ser2025 Python 3.11.0 napcat最新版本 astrbot最新版本 使用阿里云百炼tts 请求和回复一切正常 但是语音发送异常 报错如下 稳定复现

目前已确认是Napcat的问题 系统缺少FFmpeg 安装后解决
