Export the codes from 2Fas without PW
Upload the codes to 2FAuth

Expectation

That the codes get imported.

Error & Logs

Data do not match any supported format

This appears at the top of the screen.

What is the version of 2FAs you used please?
Also, in the 2FAs exported file, what is the value of schemaVersion?

I'm using 2FAS Auth 5.1.0 and my schemaVersion is 4

2Fauth only supports the v2 schema at this time, I didn't even know that new schemas were released by 2FAs. I can't provide you a quick fix here, you will have to wait for the next 2FAuth release, sorry for that.
