Describe the bug
Default group setting is not reset if the selected group is deleted

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a group
Go to "Settings" and set the group as the default one
Delete the group
Return to "Settings"

Expected behavior
The Default group setting should be reset to No Group
