Describe the bug
Crash when switching monitor with different resolution and dpi.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Switching monitor 'second only (4k dpi 150%)' to 'primary only (qhd dpi 100%)'
Switching monitor 'primary only' to 'second only'
App is shut down without error.

Files

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: [Windows 11]
Version [24h2]

Hardware (please complete the following information):

Monitors: [Odyssey G5 qhd 144hz, 4K 120hz TV]
Graphics card: [rtx4070ti]
Graphics card driver: [576.28]
Denon AV Receiver

Additional context
No crash from the second switch.
