Some object use multiple models.
When there is two (maybe more) the program crash.
Some lod object use two mesh.

Do you mean multiple LOD levels?
Please upload these models (files) somewhere.

In openIV it's referenced as model in the geometries tab (Model viewer > [More Info])

I can't reproduce this issue.

There was a problem with texture names, and it is already fixed in 4afec26
Try the new version and report if a bug still appears.
