Contains the nFlowElem dim instead of nNetElem and the mapfile contains unassociated edges (the rst file somehow does not).

The latter raises "ValueError: cannot reindex or align along dimension 'mesh2d_nEdges' because of conflicting dimension sizes: {17269, 17270} (note: an index is found along that dimension with size=17269)"
