Description

For the landing page of our docs (or some other page), and perhaps even in the https://github.com/GlareDB/glaredb repository, we should have a comparison table of how GlareDB and GlareDB Cloud differ, so that the option to choose for a newcomer is easier to understand.

We could additionally break it into 3+ columns: self-hosted, serverless, team
