sidecar 1.5 wont start ok after reboot win server

get this error when try to restart the agent this does not happen in older versions.

Could not start service: An instance of the service is already running.
we have to force stop/kill of sidecar and then restat it then it works to connect from UI and push/restart sidecar

Thanks for posting this. This bug is already being tracked under https://github.com/Graylog2/graylog-plugin-enterprise/issues/9493 and is currently penned it to be tackled for the Graylog 6.2 release.
