prepareコンテナのエラー処理を強化したい

現状、trainingのprepareコンテナにて

cliがエラーになっても、そこでprepareが終了せず、後続の処理に移る
cliがエラーになっても、後続のコンテナが起動する
dataset list-path-pairsがエラーになっても、エラーメッセージがログから確認できない

となっている。
