The CI for the restricted repositories corresponding to https://github.com/Mbed-TLS/mbedtls-framework and https://github.com/Mbed-TLS/TF-PSA-Crypto picks up the same consuming branches as their public counterparts (development, mbedtls-3.6), from the public repositories.

The goal of this issue is to make it pick the -restricted branches from the -restricted repositories.
