Add 'Go to Hashtag' form entry box in microblog/search pages

There is an inability for users to navigate to a specific hashtag unless it is already on a page(thread/post) somewhere.

A form with a single field for attempting to navigate to the directly typed string

"Go to Hashtag: [user_input] [Go]"

Which would attempt to navigate to /tag/%user_input%

This form could be useful on both the microblog page and the main search page.

This would allow novice users a more direct and obvious way to find hashtag related content and increase the allure of mbin as a microblog accessible platform.
