[VariantManagement]: Add support to open save view dialog without using save as button.

Is your feature request related to a problem?

The requirement is to open save view dialog using a click event apart from save as button.
Currently the save view dialog only opens when Save As button is clicked we want to open the dialog using a button present in a custom dialog.

Describe the solution you'd like

If possible we can expose a functionality to open save view dialog using ref assigned to VariantManagement web component.

We can only downport bug fixes, not features since this would (i.a.) violate semantic versioning.
