Prerequisites

  • I have searched all issues/PRs to ensure it has not already been reported or fixed.

Criteria

  • Non-GUI tool
  • Reasonably well-known and widely used (e.g. if it's a GitHub project, it should have at least 500 stars and/or 150 forks)
  • English interface (or at least English documentation)
  • Latest stable version
  • Full version (i.e. not a trial version)
  • Fairly standard install (e.g. uses a version-specific download URL, no elaborate pre/post install scripts)

As far as I can tell, this is a Python application that is only available on Windows through PyPi. You would be better off managing this using pip or pipx rather than scoop. A manifest that only runs python pip install would be rather pointless, and I don't think it is in scope for scoop to manage python virtual environments. pipx is the perfect tool for this.
