particle js gets messy after refresh but after i open inspect element it gets normal

particle js gets messy after refresh but after i open developer tools it gets normal- I am using this is Wordpress, its working fine until I refresh

before and after I open the developer tools

so the behaviour is, when I open my site in incognito it works fine the first time it loads, then I refresh it, it gets messy
and then after it gets messy if I tried to refresh it still looks messy but when I press f12 it gets back to normal

I am confused, there's no error in console too
