Display profiles that work per window

On my quest to find a window manager that supports graying out / desaturating unfocused windows I was hoping I could easily achieve this with swayfx. However, unfortunately this is not yet possible. The suggestion was to add a per-window capability to the planned profile feature, so that profiles could be applied on a per-window basis. If there was a desaturate option this could enable the graying out (and probably other) powerful features.

I'm not really up to speed with the current development of swayfx so please apologize if my cues are wrong.
