Description: I'd like to be able to use borders and shadows that use different blend modes, or shaders.
For example, I'd like to be able to use additive/dodge blending, so that if I have a grey border, it's added to the background, 'blowing out' its colours like this. Would this be in scope for SwayFX?
(nb. I'm a dab hand with C and OpenGL, so might be able to PR this myself. Just getting a feel for whether there's any interest!)
