Under Time Format in aws-ct-timeline, I would like to add a -l, --localtime Display the timestamp in the local timezone option which will display the timestamp in local time.

For example if the original is: 2023-07-10T12:27:45Z and the local timezone is JST, then it should be outputted as 2023-07-10 21:27:04+09:00
