False negative for "query appropriate content type (expect one of: XML, JSON, CSV, TSV)"

It seems like the compliance test for "query appropriate content type (expect one of: XML, JSON, CSV, TSV)" is failing even though everything seems to be working correctly.

As you can see a single result is returned in one of the allowed formats. It should just pass.
