updating ace to v1.37.5 to fix #251 and enable #276

The content of ace.min.css was actually highlight JS css!

updated ace.js
updated ext-language_tools.js
updated mode-markdown.js
updated theme-github.js
updated ace.min.css
created dedicated highlight.min.css from existing ace.min.css content
