Add a name attibute for the method create_network_blocks in Icepak

How can I get the name of the network_2R? Please add a name attribute for the method create_network_blocks.

create_network_blocks returns a list of boundary objects. Each of these objects have a name attribute.

So, given an index i within the length of the list, you can do:
network_2R[i].name
