  • (PyFluent) Create the final public release for 25.1. That version will be integrated with 25.1 Fluent, optiSLang and PyAnsys metapackage.

    No due date
  • (PyFluent) simba-settings integration? PyFluent dependent on Python common settings framework. N.b. this is independent of PyFluent development: the framework can be developed but does not have to be integrated into PyFluent at any particular time. The earlier it is done, the less scope there is for divergence.

  • 1. (PyFluent) Stabilize nightly/weekly tests. 2. (PyFluent) Update CI to test with Fluent 25.1. 3. (PyFluent) Fix all 24.2 defects which are “patched” in Fluent PyConsole code. 4. (PyFluent) Package codegen (https://github.com/ansys/pyfluent/issues/2653). 5. (PyFluent) Cover settings API usage of optiSLang in unit-tests and fix any outstanding issue. 6. (Fluent testing) Any testing setup required to test PyFluent packages with Fluent without integrating. 7. (Fluent) After this PyFluent version is integrated into Fluent, we will clean up the Fluent PyConsole code which were patched during 24.2. We will also generate and package the PyFluent API files with Fluent. Fluent side changes can be made complete in a feature branch and tested with the PyFluent package before the integration.
