Seems package-plugin command was not found on version 4.0.4,

run grails package-plugin gives follow error

| Error Command not found package-plugin
Did you mean: package or list-plugins or plugin-info?

While command grails package do works

The documentation is not updated as per https://docs.grails.org/latest/ref/Command%20Line/package-plugin.html

Should it be updated? if that's the case, I can raise a PR to update the document
