Amplify Create App

Hello i want to create an Amplify App that automatically creates a deployment for the main branch.
When i use the AWS Console everything works.
do I have to make another api call with CreateBranch and CreateDeployment. or have I configured something wrong?
i have added 2 screenshots of the app created with the console and the sdk.

The gist you have added have been removed so I cant see your actual code.
Can you articulate what exactly is the question here? Is the top photo creating a codeDeploy repo with the branch attached and the bottom is without the branch attached?
