aws-copilot tags not in stackoverflow

Hello,

As we all know that stackoverflow is a great community. But when I tried to add questions related to aws-copilot on stackoverflow, it was pretty new there.

So I added 2 new tags over there aws-copilot and aws-copilot-cli.

But when I submitted the documentation for it, it was rejected. As this is a great app, can we start to work in direction to create a community for aws-copilot in stackoverflow?
