Dealing with gzipped FITS files

Many FITS files are compressed using gzip. It would be great if Aladin Lite could handle the decompression instead of requiring the user to perform this task.

It is implemented into our fits rust parser https://github.com/cds-astro/fitsrs but there is a work to update the version of fitsrs in aladin lite.
It should also allow to support images compressed inside binary table.
