hovering/selecting the source marker should also hover/select the associated footprint (and the opposite).

This overlaps #271 (i.e. it enables displaying the (ra, dec) location for catalog footprints). Still we have to provide a showCenter for pure circle shapes associated to a GraphicOverlay object.
