Request to Separate tigron into Its Own Repository

Hi @apostasie,

Could we move tigron to its own repository? It would make it easier to use in other projects like dib without depending on nerdctl. I noticed https://github.com/farcloser/tigron isn’t maintained anymore, so having an updated standalone repo would be super helpful. What do you think?

Tigron has its own module, so you can just import it without depending on nerdctl

@fahedouch I think for now it is a good thing to have tigron in nerdctl:

• I get the maintainers here to keep me honest :-)
• while it is still evolving fast it is good to be "close" to the first use-case (eg: nerdctl)

Maybe we can reconsider separating when we are at a point it deserves a 1.0 version (stable API + full fledge doc + features from #3448 ) and/or if it gets enough usage.

About using it in dib, that's awesome! Note:

• the current configuration mechanism to express your main binary command kinda suck (will likely rewrite later) - lmk if you need help with it in the short term
• generally, just let me know if you have any issues with it
