Cypress on Windows ARM64

Dear Cypress guys,
I need to run Cypress on my Windows ARM64 machine. Do you have any reason why the windows ARM build is not available?

Do you plan to support this architecture, please?

• There is an open feature request Win32-Arm64 Is not supported.  #30252 and you can subscribe to this issue to learn about any updates.

I imagine one factor could be the availability of CI test runners for Windows on ARM. There seems to be some technical factors affecting the progress on the Microsoft / Azure / GitHub side and it's not planned in GitHub until the next quarter.
