I noticed a very interesting thing with the Instance prompt.
I want to generate book mockups, and I first entered the keyword "bookmocks" (full text: a photo of a bookmocks object). The file name was also the same, SD 1.5 interpreted the word "book", and so my training time was drastically shortened (I made 9 images in 400 steps, but 0.000003 LR was too strong for it).
However, when I rewrote the model to bkmocks, it didn't interpret anything. So, if you use a word in the keyword that is partially interpreted by SD but new, you may shorten the training time!
