@jkoritzinsky should we expect stack traces in these timeout cases? Not sure if that feature has been added?

I do not think we collect dumps for badly hung processes in libraries tests.

This looks like a duplicate of #74488 (comment) that has analysis of the likely root cause and potential fix.
