Description

Create the Shell in the Metadata Registry and return to the user a success message along with the created object. Then, try to register it in the DTR (if it's not down).

Acceptance Criteria

  • Created in Metadata Registry
  • Return Correct Object

Object -> Metadata Registry View (TBD)
