Description

Implement a workflow to release the Frontend Docker Image to Docker Hub following TRG 4.01

Acceptance Criteria

  • As both frontend and backend are in the same repo, we need a way to not depend on git tags -> maybe launching manually the workflow and setting there the frontend tag
