In case a cluster was created before #218308 , the streams UI doesn't load because documents fetches from the .kibana_streams index don't conform to the schema anymore as description was added as a required key.

This should be fixed by migrating documents loaded from Elasticsearch before validating them (adding description).

We should also add an integration test.
