Feature Request: GSO Support

Hi Iperf Team,

I'm from AMD and have a local implementation for GSO that I would like to upstream. However, I see that there are previous pull requests ( #1309 #1616 ). Could you please advise how to proceed?

@rradhara-eng it looks like the iperf3 maintainers are looking into adding support for UDP GSO within a year:

I don't see anything in this repo's rules that you can't open anther PR for the same feature.

I am NOT affiliated with this repo in anyway, but since you already implemented it I would open a PR, if your code is complete and has been reasonably tested. If you feel your code is still pretty incomplete / WIP (work in progress) then sharing your fork here would be a good idea to get some quick initial feedback.
