Should we still duplicate it in the wiki?

@raxhvl Eth.org always had this page, it's pretty outdated and doesn't document lot of relevant technical stuff. They are going to deploy a new version with interactive roadmap based on buckets from V soon. But it still going to be a less technical overview and the page in the wiki should include more developer oriented details.
So I would avoid overlap with eth.org or ethroadmap.com, the page should focus on additional technical resources

With the current state, the page either needs a maintainer or be simplified to refer to existing resources
