Freenode should have a sitemap so users can find content easily

@emersonveenstra could you assign this to me - I'll create a PR with my ideas soon although its only a mockup - I've not though of the order of pages - also a few issues with how it shows it github compared to my markdown editor.

Based on some conversations, Would a map of just kB articles be better and improbing the kB page or a full sitemap? I can do both.

Any thoughts?

I'd personally prefer a rework of the KB system, as it was designed to suit the ideas of people who are no longer with freenode, and the content we have now isn't suited for it.

Either way, something like this should be generated, not updated by humans.
