Powers supply USB + HDMI out and menu not sovraimpose

Hello everyone in the group,
I have these needs for my use I imagine through GOPRO LABS:

a.when via active USB power supply I would need the GOPRO to turn on in LIVE mode and in the optional Multimedia Unit the HDMI output does not have the MENU superimposed.

b.I also need the GOPRO to turn on without a battery via external USB power supply. I ask this because if the battery is flat the GOPRO does not turn on from external power until the battery is a little charged.

c.For camercar do you recommend gopro12 black or gopro 13 black?

Use HERO13, the newer camera will also get more Labs updates

With this command *HDMI=1*TUSB=1*WAKE=2 (clean HDMI, trust the USB power, and wake upon USB power.)

Just for clarity, for HDMI output you will also need the media mod.
