Hi, this is good timing as I am actually in the process of looking to add / contribute this functionality and would like to submit a PR in the not too distant future. Current work is happening in my branch here: https://github.com/nickithewatt/terraform-provider-google/tree/dataproc-support

Let me know if you would like me to submit a PR - would still be in a WIP progress state as busy fixing / putting in more work around the acceptance tests but happy to submit what I currently have. :)
