Describe the bug
When the app is closed, the restaurant and rider do not receive any notification or beep sound for new orders. This leads to missed orders and delays in processing.
Steps to Reproduce:
Ensure the app is installed and logged in as a restaurant or rider.
Close the app completely (force close if needed).
Place a new order from the customer side.
Observe that no notification or sound alert is received by the restaurant or rider.
Expected behavior
The app should send a push notification or play a beep sound to alert the restaurant and rider about the new order, even when the app is closed.
