Homebrew store and RetroAchievements don't work in Linux

What area of the game / PPSSPP

When I try using the homebrew store or RetroAchievements, I get "Connection error: 0" and "Failed to connect to server, check your internet connection" respectively. On other emulators (DuckStation and PCSX2) at least the RetoAchievements part works perfectly. Issue occurs with both Flatpak and native packages (official Arch repository and ppsspp-git in the AUR).

What should happen

It should show a list of homebrew programs, and log into RA successfully, respectively.

Both HB store and RA works for me on Linux.

Hm, do you see if there's anything interesting being logged, if you launch from the command line?

I was using an HTTP proxy, but I disabled it and made sure it was disabled in system settings as well before trying again.

No, I have curl installed, and so does the flatpak.

Actually it might be, since I'm in Russia, which blocks a bunch of sites you wouldn't normally expect (Discord and YouTube for example), and some sites block Russian IPs themselves (like TheMovieDB). But the PPSSPP site works fine without a proxy, and so does RA with other emulators
