UCES001503 MEGA MINIS VOL 2

What area of the game / PPSSPP

Upon selecting it in MINIS 2, it just hangs on a black screen at like 1.4% speed, while the USA one Arctic Adventures - Polar's Puzzles [NPUZ00114] works flawlessly

What should happen

It should reach the title screen.

For some reason Arctic Adventures: Polar's Puzzles only works if the I/O timing method is set to simulate UMD delays or the CPU core is set to interpreter, otherwise PPSSPP crashes at boot.

This is why we added [ForceUMDDelay] for that game.

With Fast I/O Timing method, the logs are flooded with Bad memory access and eventually crashed ppsspp

The other I/O timing method works fine (at least on Windows)

Changing to Host I/O Timing method also crashes PPSSPP.
