Is your Proposal Related to a Problem?

Instill Core needs better instructions for spinning things up on a linux system.

Describe Your Proposed Improvement

I will update the Instill Core README and the documentation site.

Whilst Instill Core is natively supported on linux systems, there are some alternative instructions and clarifications that should be made to help spin it up.

Additional details regarding GPU support will also be included.

Highlight the Benefits

This will make it easier for users to run Instill Core on linux systems and with GPU support.
