This eventually implements support for additional smart meter gateways, starting with the Theben Conexa.

Hi @jannickfahlbusch ,
I'm still interested in integrating my SMGW Theben Conexa 3.0 into homeassistant. I downloaded the version ha-ppc-smgw v0.0.12-alpha1 via hacs and integrated it after a reboot. Unfortunately, there are configuration errors. My first question: Does the URL have to include port 443 or not?
My second question: Conexa distinguishes between feed-in and consumption, each with different usernames and passwords. Is it possible to add a second configuration at all? I can't do that.
Unfortunately, I can't get anywhere with the instructions from @klacol in #26 . Step 2 says to add a device, but I don't succeed, probably because the configuration is not yet correct. The pop-up window with the selection of ppc or Theben gets stuck.
