As mentioned in #110, attempting to retrieve an age restricted video (without using cookies) currently raises an TranscriptsDisabled exception. We should introduce a specific exception for this case to make it more clear to the user what the actual error is.

Hi @i-m-karanagarwal,
while this issue is still open and contributions are very much welcome, maybe have a look at #110 before getting started. @xenova and @crhowell have already done some digging which indicated that it might be possible to retrieve age-restricted videos without using cookies. So working on that might be the best use of your time! 😊

I have just release v1.0.0, which adds a AgeRestricted exception, which is raised in these cases.
