[factory web ui] UX improvements

• when something is written under the BYOI, the above base image selection should dissapear IMHO to make it clear that you are getting your own image. And when blank again, it should reappear.
• version of the k8s stack should either default to latest or some tooltip appear to say that you can leave it empty and it will pick the latest
• output artifacts should be able to be chosen instead of building everything directly.
• we will need to use a queue for this locked to the userid via cookie or something no? what happens if during building you refresh the page? do you lost everything but its still creating stuff int he background?
• how long do we save the artifacts for? I see no notice in there, especially for the user info.
