Questions about Data validations

Good afternoon!
Greetings, thanks and blessings.

I was reviewing the project.
Something caught my attention, is that nowhere in the project do you perform data validation (send an email address as a blank string, or something like that).

From the API, then to the application of a module, to the domain of that module, there is not even a validation that the data that is sent is correct.

I wonder if this is to save time or am I missing something?
