Describe this feature

add mcp server command for kubekey.

portocal transport support

it should support studin and sse transport.

tool list

it should has contains all builtin command tools like:

generate config
create inventory (temporary store by each session)
create cluster
delete cluster
renew cluster
add node
delete node
get node information
