Feature Request - Default Lists/Lanes

Allow the user to select a note who's headers will be used for populating a new board with lists / lanes.

I like to make lots of boards and have a particular format. The current work-around is to make a blank note, apply the template with correct YAML, close the tab the note is being viewed in, and reopen the note. It is desirable to have this happen automatically if the user wishes it.
