Installation problem

I'm using a GitHub Ubuntu 22.04 CI server that requires msquic, this has been working well up until today:

My setup:

Any idea why this has stopped working?

Maybe it will work on Retry? Otherwise, maybe this is from the work @csujedihy is doing?

Has been failing since this morning in several build attempts

Seems that I just missed apt-update call in my setup step above, not sure why this was working earlier ...
